RETURN POLICY/EXCHANGE
As all items are made at the time of order based on each customers individual preferences (colour, print and size), we do not offer the option to return or exchange your items once purchased. Each order is custom made and not pulled from a pre-made stock of items. With hundreds of print options to choose from, we cannot restock a custom item as we cannot guarantee the next sale of the exact same item you chose. Please ensure you choose your correct size when ordering. All items with the exception of the Women's Tanks and Men's Specific tees are unisex sizing. It is recommended to order your usual size; however, if you prefer a more fitted fit, please size down as unisex sizing is a relaxed comfortable fit.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All items are made as they appear in the print queue. When you place your order/pay for your order, it automatically moves to the queue which is arranged in chronological order. We do our best to keep the blank items stocked; however, there are times that we will have to restock after your order is placed. Depending where the restock is being shipped from (either Ontario, Calgary or Vancouver) this can have an affect on the processing times. Our goal is to have all items sent out within 10-14 days of purchase. During the holidays or after a sale, our processing times may be extended to account for the increase in orders during that time. Please have patience and know that I am doing all that I can to process your orders as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING
West Coast Stylez primarily ships via courier. We use a freight forwarding company who chooses the quickest delivery at the best rate possible. In the event you live in a remote area or use a PO Box number for your mail deliveries, we will use Canada Post. Once items are shipped, you can track them using the tracking number emailed to you. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Items being shipped within BC generally take 2-4 days. Items being shipped to other Provinces or to the USA can take up to 10 days. If an order is delayed during shipment, please contact the shipping company directly for updates. We have searched for the most cost efficient way to get your orders to you. Unfortunately, even at the rates being charged to you, we are still investing our own funds to cover a portion of the cost. It isn't rare for some parcels to cost us $30-$40 in shipping fees. We charge a flat rate reduced fee based on your location or offer free shipping over a certain amount spent in an attempt to assist with the rising shipping costs.
